The giant slide will take over the University of York campus for one day only during Fresher 2015.

Students, staff, locals all are welcome to ride the slide and see who gets the best selfie while hurtling down the slope.

The University of York Boat Club are hosting the legendary water slide on campus for all to enjoy, all in the name of fundraising.

The event will be oversubscribed so be sure to keep up-to-date for ticket news to avoid disappointment.
